Retention Policy Management

In our experience many companies have files retained far longer than is absolutely necessary. Often it's a case of out of sight, out of mind.

Whilst we are quite happy to maintain them for as long as you like, if we were to implement a policy of how long documents need to be kept at the outset of your storage contract with us, we could also arrange for their disposal at the end of that time.

This will obviously cut down on the amount of storage space required and save you money in the long run.

Once agreed that documents have come to the end of their required retention time, we will dispose of them securely and confidentially using industrial shredders to DIN level 5.
