Whilst most companies tend to be happy to have old files sent away for archiving there is a general preference to keep current or active files close to hand. But that doesn't necessarily have to be the case. In this modern age speed and efficiency of service is such that current or ‘live’ files can be stored offsite with ease of retrieval such that there is little if any loss of ease of accessibility.
If hard copy documents are need urgently you can always call on our emergency retrieval service and they will be despatched to you within two hours of your call. If quicker access is required the documents concerned can be scanned and delivered to you electronically.
When space is at a premium even current files can be archived.
