During normal working hours, we always aim to dispatch within 2 hours of a request being made. Clearly, for documents needed further afield than London and the Home Counties, our delivery service can take a little longer, but we can always arrange to have them sent via motor cycle courier, if necessary.
Customers are also welcome to collect or inspect files during normal working hours by appointment.
For those companies that operate a 24-hour service or outside of normal working hours, and which might require emergency retrievals, special arrangements can be made.
For those files which are needed straight away, we also offer an electronic scanning service, with your files sent to you via email, the internet or facsimile.
